About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a P&P Business Partner to join our business on a 9-month fixed term contract. Your role will be to drive impactful people strategies and build leadership capability across our Ermington and Charmhaven sites. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping a high-performance culture and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives. Additionally, you’ll partner with our leaders to drive high levels of engagement as well as effective management of industrial relations and handling of workplace investigations.

- Employee Alignment & Engagement
As a trusted partner to our leaders and their teams, you’ll lead and support a range of projects and initiatives, while also working closely with operational teams to help them achieve their KPIs.
