We're on the lookout for 2x skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our high-performing team at Tip Top’s Ermington site.

If you’re a hands-on fitter who loves solving problems and keeping machines running, this is the role for you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out preventative maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues
• Respond to breakdowns and prioritise safe, efficient repairs
• Work with supervisors on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Maintain logs, registers, and SAP records for all repairs
• Collaborate with production teams to keep operations flowing

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Trade qualified Fitter/Machinist
• Safety-first mindset
• Experience in industrial maintenance (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
