Distribution Operator (Ermington)

At Tip Top Ermington, you’ll play a key role in keeping our products moving across the country.

Roster: Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely pack, stack, palletise, load, and dispatch products for distribution
• Operate a forklift to move and organise pallets and stock
• Pick orders, load/unload vehicles (including freezer warehousing)
• Manage stock control, inventory reconciliation, and SAP data
• Prepare manifests for shuttle loading while maintaining food safety and quality standards

Who We're looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Forklift licence (required)
• Strong safety mindset – you care about keeping everyone safe
• Team player with good communication and computer skills
• Experience in distribution or warehouse operations is highly regarded
