We are currently recruiting Full‑Time Warehouse Operators and Warehouse Team Leaders to join our fast‑paced, supportive, and safety‑focused team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Warehouse Operators

Receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch bakery products

Maintain accuracy with orders and inventory

Conduct quality and stock checks

Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Physically hands‑on – ability to lift up to 20kg
Warehouse Team Leaders
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Promote safe work practices
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support
- Collaborate across departments to achieve targets
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse experience (FMCG or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Physical fitness and the ability to complete manual handling (up to 20kg)
- Leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded for Team Leader roles)
- Confident people‑management and coaching skills (Team Leaders)
- Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (advantageous for Team Leaders)
