Tip Top Bakery in Carrara is looking for motivated and experienced Team Leaders to join our Warehouse teams.

This is your chance to lead a passionate team in a fast-paced FMCG environment, where quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Available Shift Patterns:

• Sunday - Wednesday (6:00am - 4:00pm).
• Sunday - Wednesday (8:00pm - 6:00am).

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating your team to meet production goals
• Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met
• Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment
• Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
• Collaborating across departments to drive performance

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
• A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
