Team Leader - Warehouse

• Permanent Full-time positions x 2
• Hourly Rate - $29.77

Tip Top Carrara are currently seeking Team Leaders to join the team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring optimal productivity, safety, and accuracy within the warehouse.

Rosters:

• Full-time: Sunday - Wednesday (8:00pm - 6:00am)
• Full-time: Wednesday - Saturday (8:00pm - 6:00am)

Purpose of the Role 

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives
• Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to ensure team efficiency and smooth operations.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support as needed
• Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations
• Promote a safe working environment for all team members

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety protocols
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Have a strong safety focus
