Tip Top Bakery at Springwood is currently seeking applications for 1x Permanent Full-Time Team Leader to join the team in our production line.

Reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.
 

Available Shift Pattern:

• Full-Time: Sunday (1:00am -11:00am), Monday (11:00am - 9:00pm), Tuesday (8.30am-6.30pm) & Thursday (11:00am -9:00pm).

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
• Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
• Flexible working hours required.
• Basic computer skills as data entry will be required.
