Are you passionate about ensuring efficient store operations and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading food manufacturing company? Tip Top, a division of GWF, is seeking a detail-oriented Stores Coordinator to join the team at their Springwood bakery. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our stock management processes, supporting the overall operations of our bakery.
Purpose of the Role
• Maintain accurate Purchasing Information Records in SAP
• Ensure order reconciliation and material stock information are precise and timely
• Coordinate the ordering of raw materials, bulk flour, safety consumables, and other equipment
• Manage the stores team to ensure stock is managed efficiently and effectively
• Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain records in Excel and SAP
• Reporting as required
• Ensure compliance with food safety, legality, and quality requirements
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in stores and inventory management
• Forklift licence required
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
