Site Services Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our Springwood site and play a key role in ensuring our facilities and utilities run at peak performance.

 

Reporting to the Reliability Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing external contractors who support our maintenance and site services. This hands-on supervisory role combines planning, coordination and compliance to keep our operations safe, reliable and efficient.

Purpose of the Role

  • Overseeing contractor activities for maintenance and site services
  • Managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using MEX
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and legislative requirements
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs
  • Coordinating utilities management (air systems, boilers, compressors, fire systems, water treatment, etc.)

 

About You

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in facilities or maintenance supervision would be highly regarded
  • Trade qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) or Diploma in Facility Management
  • Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make quick, effective decisions
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems (MEX experience highly regarded)
