We are seeking a Reliability Manager to lead maintenance services at our Carrara site. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring plant reliability, managing asset health and driving operational excellence. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining continuity of production while fostering a culture of safety, engagement and continuous improvement.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring plant and equipment reliability
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team, driving engagement and capability
  • Manage Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budgets and site capital projects
  • Implement preventative maintenance and reliability strategies
  • Champion safety, food quality and compliance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance and reduce costs

 

About You

  • Trade qualification in Fitting or Electrical, or tertiary Engineering qualification.
  • Strong leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
  • Proven track record in preventive maintenance and reliability-based asset management
  • Financial and project management experience
  • Advanced people leadership skills and ability to build a high-performance culture
