Tip Top Bakery Springwood is expanding, and we’re searching for a motivated Production Team Leader to guide our high-performing production team.

Available Shift Pattern: Monday (1pm - 11pm), Tuesday (8:30am - 7pm), Thursday (11am - 9:30pm) & Sunday (1pm - 11:30pm)
What You'll Be Doing

Motivate and coach your team to hit production targets

Ensure food safety and product quality standards are consistently met

Champion a strong safety culture and safe work practices

Provide clear guidance, feedback and hands-on support

Work collaboratively across departments to drive results
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment

Confident leadership and team management skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Computer literacy (SAP experience is a bonus!)

A safety-first, results-driven mindset
-
The ability to lead from the front in a hands-on environment
