We’re on the lookout for reliable, hands-on team players to join our team at Tip Top Bakery Springwood.

What’s The Role?

You’ll be part of our down-to-earth team that helps keep our bread moving — literally. From operating machinery to checking quality and moving product, you’ll play a key role in making sure our products are top-notch.

What’s The Roster?

• Afternoon, night, and early morning available
• Consistent shift times each week
• Permanent part-time and full-time roles available

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A strong safety mindset
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production (a bonus, not a must)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kg)
