Production Operative

Tip Top Carrara are currently seeking Full-Time and Casual Production Operators to join the team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Roster: Morning, Afternoon and Night Shifts Available for Full-Time and Casual Roles.

Purpose of the Role 

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
• Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specifications
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines 
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors 

About You 

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality 
• Have a strong safety mindset 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets 
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team 
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move up to 20kgs
