Tip Top Capalaba are currently seeking Full-Time Production Operators to join our Processing team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring our production runs smoothly, and adhering food safety standards in an FMCG manufacturing environment. 

This role is fast-paced conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking. You will be standing on your feet for long periods of time, and the general duties involve manual handling (Lifting, pushing, pulling) and repetitive tasks, so it is important applicants are comfortable with physical tasks.

Rosters:

• Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm)
• Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Purpose of the Role 

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation
• Inspect products during and after production for quality, ensuring that they meet the required specifications
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines 
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and for your colleagues
• Experience working within a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing and warehousing experience desirable
• Own car and license
• Food processing background highly regarded
