We're on the lookout for hands-on, fast-moving Production Operators to join our high-energy processing team at Capalaba, helping deliver fresh bread for our garlic bread production lines.
This role is a hands on, fast-paced role with conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking.

Rosters:
- Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm)
- Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Purpose of the Role
- Operate and monito machinery to keep production running smoothly
- Inspect and pack products for quality, with precision and care
- Maintain top tier food safety and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively to meet production targets
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues accoridngly
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A safety mindset and a team spirit
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing, warehousing or food processing experience is a bonus!
- Own car and license
