We're on the lookout for hands-on, fast-moving Processing Operators to join our high-energy processing team at Capalaba, helping deliver fresh bread for our garlic bread production lines.

This role is a hands on, fast-paced role with conveyor work requiring quick hands and good hand eye coordination, packing and quality checking.

Rosters:

• Monday - Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm)
• Monday - Friday (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and monito machinery to keep production running smoothly
• Inspect and pack products for quality, with precision and care
• Maintain top tier food safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets
• Maintain accurate records and report any issues accoridngly

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A safety mindset and a team spirit
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing, warehousing or food processing experience is a bonus!
• Own car and license
