Tip Top is on the rise and we’re looking for a self-motivated, data-savvy Logistics Data & Systems Specialist to help us deliver smarter, faster, and more connected supply chain solutions.
Reporting to the National Logistics Manager, this role is flexible to be based at our bakeries in Australia, including Chullora (NSW), Springwood/Carrara (QLD), Dandenong (VIC), Canning Vale (WA) and Dry Creek (SA).
This role is responsible for supporting the National Logistics team and Site Supply Chain operations in delivering systems support to achieve sustainable optimisation benefits and digital data support for business-critical systems.
Purpose of the Role
- Driving digitisation and optimisation across logistics platforms
- Developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and SAP reports
- Lead and support the development and optimisation of route models to enhance delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Provide digital and analytical support to the logistics team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Act as system administrator for key logistics and compliance platforms, including MEX, Truckstops, Optisite, Fleetwatch and compliance portals
- Training stakeholders and ensuring high system adoption
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in data analytics
- Supply chain or logistics background will be highly regarded
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, modelling) and SAP proficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement
- Experience with Tableau, cost modelling, and distributor payment tracking is a plus
