Are you passionate about safety and looking to take the next step in your career? Tip Top are seeking an HSE Business Advisor/Partner to help drive health, safety, and environmental excellence across our Capalaba C&F operations. This role is pivotal in coaching leaders, building safety capability and embedding a strong safety culture.

Purpose of the Role

• Partner with site leadership to implement the Safety for Everyone, Everyday program.
• Provide technical and practical HSE support, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.
• Lead initiatives to reduce risk and improve safety culture.
• Manage internal audits and continuous improvement programs.
• Support injury management and workers’ compensation processes.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and insights.

About you

• Diploma in Health & Safety preferable or willingness to undertake study (paid by GWF)
• Strong business partnering, coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to interpret legislation and provide practical solutions
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
• Passion for influencing positive change and building a high-performance safety culture
