In this role you will support our high performing Reliability team. Reporting to the Reliability Supervisor you will be responsible for providing high quality maintenance services to our Carrara site, playing an integral role in the day-to-day success of Tip Top and the greater GWF business.

Rotating Shift Roster: Monday - Sunday: 4-week cycle, 2 weeks of day shift followed by 2 weeks of night shifts (10-12hrs per shift).

Salary Package: $115 - $122k total package (inclusive of super) + STIP + Paid Overtime.

Purpose of the Role

• Emergency trouble shooting and breakdown repairs.
• Reporting all hazards, incidents and injuries as soon as reasonably practicable (including near hits).
• Preventative and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
• Coordinates and implements tasks in a timely and efficient manner, including required safety criteria. 
• Continuous Improvement Projects both Engineering and Process Improvements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter and Turner.
• Experience working in FMCG environment (>3 years), preferably food but not essential.
• High level of problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
• Reporting all hazards, incidents and injuries as soon as reasonably practicable (including near hits).
• Preventative and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
• Restricted electrical license, Working at Heights licence, Confined Space, EWP would be advantageous.
• Continuous Improvement Projects both Engineering and Process Improvements.
• The ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
