Your role

As a key member of our Reliability team, you’ll report to the Reliability Supervisor and play a vital role in keeping our Carrara site running smoothly. You’ll be hands-on with:

  • Emergency breakdown repairs and troubleshooting
  • Preventative and corrective maintenance using CMMS
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects
  • Ensuring safety standards are met and hazards are reported promptly

What you'll bring

  • Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter and Turner
  • 3+ years’ experience in FMCG (food industry preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Bonus skills: Restricted electrical license, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP
