We are currently on the lookout for a Field Sales Manager to lead our Brisbane and regional sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, customer profitability and in-store execution across your territory.

 

Role is inclusive of a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle, iPad and phone.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Area Sales Managers across Brisbane and some regional Qld areas to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Execute strategic sales plans and cost-efficiency initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Trade Practices and health & safety standards
  • Champion a high-performance culture through effective performance management and employee engagement

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role within FMCG
  • Proven leadership capability with a passion for coaching and developing others
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail environment
  • Resilience, initiative and a results-driven mindset
