What You'll Be Doing

Bakery Assistants

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines 
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals 
• Record production data and report any issues

Warehouse Loaders

• Accurately pick a variety of products for delivery within our warehouse and distribution areas
• Manage inventory and report stock discrepancies 
• Conduct quality checks to ensure top-notch product condition
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and others safe
• Work collaboratively with a supportive warehouse team

Industrial Cleaners

• Maintain and ensure cleanliness across production areas within the food manufacturing area
• Perform deep cleaning on production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and packaging lines
• Safely use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness standards in alignment with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with workplace cleanliness standards
• Support other departments in ensuring hygiene standards are upheld across the facility

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production, warehousing, or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
