Afternoon Shift -Wed–Sat, 11am–9pm
Location: Dry Creek, SA
We’re currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic team at our Dry Creek facility. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a strong background in FMCG warehousing and distribution who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and front-line leadership of our Warehouse and Distribution operations in South Australia. You’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective picking, loading, and delivery of products locally, regionally, and interstate.
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 11am – 9pm
Team Size: 18 direct reports
Reporting to: Warehouse & Distribution Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse loaders and team leaders
- Oversee daily operations including picking, loading, and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards
- Drive continuous improvement and cultural change initiatives
- Monitor and report on KPIs and operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets
What you'll bring
- Experience in FMCG warehouse, transport, or supply chain management.

- Strong leadership and team engagement skills
- Experience in WMS desirable
- Solid understanding of GMP and safe work practices
- Excellent interpersonal and business acumen
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive results
