We are currently seeking a Transport Contracts Manager to support and coordinate our Tip Top contractor driver network across South Australia. Based at our Dry Creek site, this is a hands-on operational role suited to someone looking to broaden their experience and take the next step in their transport or supply chain career.

 

Purpose of the Role

  • Manage the onboarding and compliance requirements for new and existing contractors, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Provide day-to-day support to contractors, helping maintain service standards and addressing operational issues as they arise
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate timely resolution of Distributor‑related matters.
  • Assist with the evaluation and induction of new contractors in line with established processes.
  • Maintain a strong presence onsite, building positive operational relationships and promoting a consistent contractor experience.
  • Use internal routing tools to review and adjust delivery runs to support efficiency and customer service outcomes.

 

About You

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the transport or supply chain industry, ideally with exposure to independent contractor drivers
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with compliance‑focused documentation
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and with contractor partners
  • A practical, solutions‑focused approach when handling issues or changes during daily operations
  • Experience working within process-driven environments and contributing to continuous improvement
