Training and Compliance Coordinator

At Tip Top, our number one priority is Safety. The primary purpose of this role is to support the development of all employees across operations to ensure they have the capability and requirements to perform their roles effectively.
Purpose of the Role
• Develop training needs analysis, maintaining training skills matrix, and ensuring the currency of for all employees at all sites
• Refining and maintaining site electronic document controls and records systems
• Ensure up-to-date and controlled standard operational procedures are in place and readily available
• Review and update Risk Assessments and maintain the Risk Register
• Monitor training completion rates and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
• Coordinate site risk training (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Operational training) for Dry Creek
• Maintain and develop own skills around training and assessment
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessor - Required
• Familiarity with Quality systems (SQF, FSSC 2200, BRC) would be highly regarded
• Internal auditor qualification preferred
• Experience in document control processes
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
