Are you a commercially savvy FMCG professional with deep SA retail relationships and a passion for driving growth? Tip Top is looking for a State Account Manager to lead our Independent retail channel across South Australia — including Drakes, Foodland, Romeo’s and our key wholesale partner Metcash.

As the State Account Manager SA, you will be responsible for managing the entire Tip Top bakery portfolio in SA and driving the commercial, promotional and strategic agenda across our Independent retail partners.
Purpose of the Role
- Own sales, profit and growth targets across the SA portfolio, including full promotional and trade spend management
- Build strong relationships with Drakes, Foodland, Romeo’s and Metcash to deliver Joint Business Plans and drive category growth
- Lead forecasting, supply planning and product launch execution for the bakery portfolio
- Analyse performance, identify opportunities and implement commercial and tactical initiatives
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Field Sales and Finance to ensure seamless execution of strategies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and HSE standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years FMCG experience in Account Management, Category or similar
- A strong and established network within the SA retail market will be highly regarded
- High commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and pivot between strategic and detailed work
- Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving capability
- Curiosity, resilience and a customer-first mindset
