About the role 
 

Reporting to the Reliability Manager, Tip Top is currently seeking a Reliability Planner at our Dry Creek site to plan and schedule work for the reliability team.

This role plays a key part in prioritising reliability activities across the facility, ensuring production and product quality standards are consistently met in a safe and efficient manner, while making the best use of resources to maximise machine reliability.

A hands-on role, that works closely with all team members helping them deliver the best possible outcomes.

 

 

Purpose of the Role

 

  • Develop and improve the preventative maintenance routines to increase machine reliability and reduce plant downtimes
  • Promote, lead and continually improve the computer maintenance system (Mex) to schedule, plan and document all activities in the Reliability department.
  • Manage GWF systems to meet Safety, Quality, Regulatory and GWF requirements in collaboration with Supervisors and Manager.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders and foster relationships


About You 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 2-3 years experience in a FMCG environment will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills in order to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
  • SAP knowledge desirable
