Are you a proactive leader with a passion for safety, operational excellence, and team development? We’re looking for a dynamic Hygiene & Site Services Manager to lead a team of industrial cleaners and drive hygiene, safety, and site service standards across our bakery. In this role, you’ll champion a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high levels of cleaning standards within the bakery.  You will also manage and drive the site pest management program and site services.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you!

What we're looking for:

  • Inspiring Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Food Quality and Safety: Previous experience of having worked in the food FMCG manufacturing sector, with strong expertise in hygiene, allergen management and pest control protocols
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Skilled at navigating and resolving complex technical and operational challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Certificate IV or greater in food science or equivalent is desirable
