What you'll be doing
As our Distribution Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our night operations—ensuring our products get to customers safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll lead a dedicated team and work closely with drivers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellence every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their best
- Oversee loading and delivery operations to meet service and budget targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and environmental standards
- Manage driver rosters and truck schedules for optimal efficiency
- Resolve delivery issues and support customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and manage linehaul scheduling
What you'll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar transport/logistics role (FMCG preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and GMP principles
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
