What you'll be doing

As our Distribution Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our night operations—ensuring our products get to customers safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll lead a dedicated team and work closely with drivers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver excellence every shift.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their best
  • Oversee loading and delivery operations to meet service and budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and environmental standards
  • Manage driver rosters and truck schedules for optimal efficiency
  • Resolve delivery issues and support customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers and manage linehaul scheduling

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar transport/logistics role (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and GMP principles
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
