We’re looking for an Operations Excellence Business Partner to lead and drive process improvement initiatives across our Dry Creek site. This role is pivotal in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, delivering cost efficiencies and supporting technical challenges across the Southwest region.
Purpose of the Role
- Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and initiatives
- Drive the Improvement Ideas Pipeline for both capital and non-capital projects
- Partner with site leadership to enhance operational performance and engagement
- Coach and mentor teams in lean methodologies and CI tools
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years experience in a Continuous Improvement role (FMCG preferred)
- Ability to influence without authority, challenge constructively and communicate clearly at all levels
- Results driven mindset
- Collaborative and Team-orientated approach
- Strong knowledge of CI tools and techniques
- Advanced computer/digital skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Systems knowledge of SAP, OFS, SCADA or similar
- Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology (desirable)
