Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable team members to join our fast-paced team in Dry Creek. We have several opportunities available across our Production Department in our Baking and Packing teams.

Rosters (There is no flexibility for shift changes):
- Baking - Friday (5am to 3pm), Saturday (5am to 3:30pm), Sunday (7:10pm to 5:10am), Monday (7:40pm to 7:10am).
- Packing - Friday (6:30am to 4:30pm), Saturday (6:30am to 5pm), Sunday (7:10pm to 5:10am), Monday (9:10pm to 7am).
What You'll Be Doing
Baking
-
Operate bakery equipment to maintain production flow

Adjust settings to ensure product consistency

Check bread quality (weight, shape, colour)

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Record outputs and report issues
Packing
- Pack fresh bakery products accurately and efficiently
- Check product quality to meet standards
- Operate packing machinery safely
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Label and prepare products for dispatch
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production or warehousing (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
